The successful Childcare Solicitor will be joining an expanding Family law team, and will handle a range of complex public law matters to include care proceedings and adoption. You will be able to run a caseload of existing and new matters from instruction to completion, progressing matters with an emphasis on client care, customer service and providing a high level of client satisfaction.
Ideally you will have the Law Society Children's Panel Accreditation - or be working towards obtaining accreditation, and have experience of conducting your own advocacy.
You will be working in a supportive team of family lawyers, fee earners and paralegals. The firm strongly believes that collaboration is the best method of developing modern best practices.
