ProTalent is looking for a Permanent Part Qualified Accountant for a Practice based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.
If you have experience as a Semi Senior or Part Qualified professional, this role offers an attractive salary range of £26,000 - £30,000.
Role and Responsibilities
- Preparation of financial statements for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders.
- Assisting with corporate tax computations and VAT returns for corporate clients.
- Assisting with personal tax returns for company directors.
- Providing basic payroll services for clients.
- Communicating and liaising with clients to resolve queries.
- Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
Requirements
- AAT qualification or equivalent, with ACCA/ACA part-qualification being advantageous. Qualified by Experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a UK practice.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in leading accountancy software and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision when required.
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
