As the L&D Administrator, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional learning and development services to our client's employees. Collaborating closely with the Head of Academy and other stakeholders, you will play a vital role in optimising the training and development process across the organisation.

Salary: upto £27,000

Location: Chester - Hybrid working after probation

Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm - 1 hr lunch

Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it remains up to date, user-friendly, and aligned with our client's training goals.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and content creators to curate and develop engaging online training materials that drive continuous learning and growth.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees, managers, and other users, helping them navigate the LMS and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Generate and analyse LMS usage data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, handling learning content and data with precision and confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administering and coordinating learning management systems, preferably with expertise in Cornerstone OnDemand.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot LMS issues effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to efficiently manage content, schedules, and user accounts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to provide support and training to users across the organisation.
