Job Title: Trainee Accounts Assistant (Temp to Perm)

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

**Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the implementation of a central rates database - assisting in rolling out and managing a new system
- Creating and maintaining records within the central rates database to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information
- Collaborating with Sales Ledger, Credit Control, and Commercial teams to resolve any rate-related queries
- Analysing and reconciling data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs
- Contributing to the development of the central rates database, with a focus on automating processes to streamline operations
- Ad-hoc duties as required to support the wider finance team and business
**What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a finance or administrative role
- Strong data management skills and experience working with databases
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A proactive approach and a willingness to learn and develop
