CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be working exclusively with a leading service provider, based in Portsmouth, Hampshire to recruit a Credit Controller on a permanent basis. You will be joining a team of 7 and have ownership for your own UK based ledger, undertaking business to business credit control duties. The role will be hybrid, working in the office 2 days per week after probationary period. The role is to replace a member of the team retiring and the start date will be 26th August or 2nd September; however the client is actively interviewing now.
What will the Credit Control role involve?
- Chasing of outstanding debt via telephone and email;
- Allocating of incoming payments, via direct debit or card payment;
- Resolution of queries and escalating complex cases;
- Reporting on own ledger to Accounts Receivable Manager.
Suitable Candidate for the Credit Control vacancy:
- Strong communicator;
- Team player, able to also work on your own initiative;
- Ability to manage your own workload.
