Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Preschool Teacher to join our team. Whether you're looking for a full-time or part-time role, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive and dynamic nursery setting.

As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences for children aged 3-5 years. We're looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas and a genuine passion for early childhood education, helping to create a vibrant learning environment where every child can flourish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement a creative and stimulating curriculum tailored to the needs and interests of preschool-aged children.
  • Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere that encourages exploration, curiosity, and a love of learning.
  • Work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure a consistent approach to each child's development.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, ensuring activities align with their developmental stages.
  • Collaborate with the nursery team to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
  • Bring new ideas and innovative approaches to the classroom, making learning fun and engaging.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a preschool or early years setting is preferred.
  • A creative and fun-loving personality with a genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
