JUNIOR PROPERTY ASSISTANT

An exciting permanent opportunity to work for a leading property management company as an Junior Property Manager!

JUNIOR PROPERTY ASSISTANT ROLE:

  • Managing daily operations, including interactions with clients, tenants, and leaseholders
  • Ensuring properties comply with lease agreements
  • Coordinating with contractors, facilities managers, and building surveyors for repairs, redecoration, or refurbishment
  • Overseeing health & safety and other compliance matters
  • Participating in budget planning and service charge assessments
  • Conducting research to support rent reviews
  • Compiling data for client reports
  • Collaborating with property management team members and other departments on shared interests
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Assisting with administrative tasks involved in property management
  • Ensuring supplier invoices are uploaded, coded, and paid correctly
  • Supporting the property manager by raising work orders, investigating inquiries, communicating with contractors, and following up with suppliers
  • Ensuring accurate document management within our internal system
  • Understanding and reviewing lease agreements
  • Performing site inspections

JUNIOR PROPERTY ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:

  • Minimum 12 months in a property role
  • Minimum 12 months of administration experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
