My client based in Bath are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their Marketing team, playing a pivotal role in planning, creating, and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in establishing their brand as a leader in the industry, ensuring their messaging reaches the right customer at the right time through various channels including email newsletters, websites, and social media.

This client is within the financial services sector so it is desirable for the candidate to have FS experience or have worked in a regulated industry.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to produce an annual campaign calendar, detailing key messaging, assets required, and channel distribution.
  • Plan timelines for each campaign to ensure materials are available when needed and campaigns are delivered on time.
  • Brief and work with agency partners for the creation of compliant campaign assets.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders within the Marketing team and the wider business to ensure campaigns are distributed and engaged with effectively.
  • Plan, research, and write content for newsletters, websites, emails, social media, and other customer communication media.
  • Measure and report on the performance of individual communications and campaigns.
  • Support the growth of their social media channels and communities to reach and engage customers.
  • Execute ad hoc requests for in-house marketing support and collateral as needed.
  • Provide support for marketing projects and cover colleague absences when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign planning, and execution.
  • Excellent written communication skills for producing content across various platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Proficiency in measuring and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Experience in growing social media channels and newsletter subscribers.
  • Creative, strategic, and tactical marketing skills.
