Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing company committed to excellence and innovation in their industry. As they continue their expansion, they seek a highly experienced and strategic Head of HR to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of HR Business Partners and drive significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of HR Business Partners to support the company's strategic goals.
  • Partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Overseeing the HR aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution.
  • Utilising HR data and analytics to drive performance, make informed decisions, and provide insights to the leadership team.
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and organisational culture.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Driving the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the HR Director and other senior leaders on all HR-related matters.

Person Specification

  • Significant experience in HR, with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Proven experience working in a large organisation, with a thorough understanding of complex HR dynamics.
  • Expertise in using HR data and analytics to drive business performance and decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR strategies.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • CIPD qualified
