Due to continued growth I am supporting a fantastic charity based in Highbury & Islington to recruit a permanent Charity Finance Controller. You will join and oversee a established team with fantastic knowledge in the sector and report into a brilliant Finance Director.
Key duties:
- Production of monthly management accounts with commentary and analysis
- Business Partner with senior stakeholders to drive improvements across the business units
- Quarterly board reports and presentation packs to present to the Board and Senior Leadership Team
- Support the transactional finance team with daily ad hoc tasks and inspire their personal development as the business continues to grow
- Support the International Development of this charity in growing their footprint
- Production P&L Accounts
- Asset Management
- Support process improvements and implementations
- Ad hoc requests by the Director of Finance
The successful candidate will be an experienced Senior Finance candidate with robust experience in the above duties, you will be a fantastic people manager, communicator and able to commute to the client offices in Highbury & Islington as well as being a capable leading teams as well as working to your own initiative.
On offer to the successful candidate is a permanent and full-time position which has the possibility of being consolidated into 4 days and working a 35 hour week.
