Trainee HR Assistant

£22,000 + Pension + Parking
A very established local organisation are seeking a Graduate for this Trainee HR Assistant position where you will be assisting the Head of HR with the day to day management of HR function.
Some of your duties will include:
- Supporting the Head of HR with the recruitment of staff across all sectors
- Advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates and arranging interviews
- Preparing candidates welcome packs and issuing contracts and other letters
- Maintaining staff records and recording details of all absences and holidays
- Collating payroll information at month end and supporting annual salary review
- Ensuring probationary period are diarised and reviews undertaken
