Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative

Venn Group are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to work on a social housing contract in the Eastleigh area.
Day to day duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Working within a team, you'll be responsible for the upkeep of the external communal areas, grass, shrubs and hedges
- Grass cutting, hedge cutting, pruning, weed control, litter picking, and other works as deemed necessary
- Undertaking soft landscaping/minor tree work
- You'll be covering sites across Eastleigh, Hampshire and surrounding areas and have the flexibility to plan your workload within a fortnightly round
In order to be successful for the role, the candidate must have:
- Full, valid driving License (van and fuel card provided)
