Temporary Customer Service Advisor - HYBRID ROLE
Location: Edinburgh City Centre
Hourly rate: £13.31
Length of assignment: up to 6 months
We are looking for Customer Services Advisors to join our clients innovative & fast paced team to offer exceptional support to their customers in the UK and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Promptly and accurately handling incoming emails and telephone inquiries
- Coordinating international orders, including managing export documentation
- Collaborating with the team to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries
- Prioritising and managing workload to consistently meet high customer service standards
- Overseeing the processing of stock orders
- Conducting courtesy follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction
- Addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and supporting quality control processes
- Performing a range of administrative tasks

- Highly proficient in computer and digital tools
