Description
- Preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Maintenance of the general ledger and reconciliation of balance sheets.
- Assisting with year-end financial statements and audits.
- Development of internal control policies and procedures.
- Support the finance team in the development of the accounting system.
- Ad-hoc financial projects as required.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A relevant accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Strong technical accounting skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software packages.
