Year 1 Teacher

Aspire People is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Year 1 Teacher to join a friendly and welcoming school in Southam. This is a full-time role with full teaching responsibilities, commencing in September.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and deliver creative lessons to Year 1 students, ensuring the curriculum is met and exceeded.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and implementing strategies for improvement.

Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being.

Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development sessions.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.

Proven experience in teaching Key Stage 1 (KS1) in the UK.

Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching young children.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
