Stock Administrator

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Stock Administrator to join a Brewery company based near Farnborough. This is a temp to perm role.

Key responsibilities for this Stock Administrator role:

  • Work within a small team to ensure incoming and outgoing stock is managed efficiently
  • Understand the delivery process and stock demand
  • Monitor incoming mails for stock changes
  • Manage stock movements between depots
  • Process daily transfers and pick sheets for warehouse
  • Create delivery and customer collect notes
  • Manage customs and excise process
  • Support Stock Team Leader
  • Reconcile stock using SAP
  • Maintain systems and spreadsheet

Requirements:

  • IT Literate with experience using MS Office essential and SAP is beneficial
  • Previous administrative experience, specifically within logistics or warehousing is beneficial
  • Must be available immediately
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Must have great attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Role:

  • This role working Monday - Friday
  • Working 10am until 6pm
  • £13.00 per hour
  • Paid weekly
