Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our client, a growing business with great opportunities to build your knowledge of the financial services industry. They are a specialist insurance provider with over 40 years of experience helping people secure motor insurance across all of the UK.
This position is a fast-paced, customer-focused sales position working in a friendly, target-driven inbound sales environment. The salary is between £24,255 - £27,876 per annum and includes a £2,000 performance-related bonus. This role is located in Formby and is full-time.

- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 3 week rolling rota, hours between 8am - 8pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 12.30pm

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Reviewing and allocating renewal invite lists
- Checking policy data accuracy
- Ensuring client records are updated appropriately
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Renewing policies compliantly
- Responding to customer renewal queries
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Previous sales or customer service experience is required
- Insurance experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided
- Excellent IT and data entry skills
- Good communication skills is essential as you will be speaking to a variety of people
- Excellent administrative skills, as well as great attention to detail
- You should be a pro-active thinker, with the ability to solve problems independently
- You should be able to work towards targets and KPIs
