Page Personnel are working with a very well-established firm within the financial services industry to recruit for a number of contact centre advisors on a temporary contract. The company's base in Leeds is a vibrant hub for their customer service department.

Description

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Meet personal/customer service targets and call handling quotas.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and the financial services industry.

Profile

A successful Contact Centre Advisor should have:

  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • proven experience with high call volume.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and practices is desirable.
  • Able to work between 8am - 5.30pm (shift patterns)
  • Can commit to 8 week (minimum) availability
