Conveyancing Assistant & Administrator

Property management company are looking for a part time Conveyancing Assistant & Administrator who is based local to Merry Hill Centre for an immediate start at their Brierley Hill office near Dudley.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience with a strong organisation background in a professional environment, who is passionate about doing a great job.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and manage expectations at all times
  • Manage telephone, letter, email etc enquiries.
  • Able to read, understand and interpret site plans, Leases, Transfers and legal documents
  • Able to collate information to answer enquiries
  • Liaise with colleagues on matters that have a direct/indirect effect on enquiries
  • Prepare enquiry packs and manage conveyancing files including follow ups
  • General offices duties including data processing

Skills required:

  • Have excellent experience in customer service and managing work loads
  • Able to work using own initiative as well as working well as part of a team
  • Able to follow instructions and procedures
  • Work accurately and methodically whilst keeping deadlines
  • Have a good telephone manner and be confident speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
  • Excellent keyboard skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel with good spelling and grammar
  • Be highly organised and presentable
  • A positive can do attitude

This role is available on a part time permanent contract and is available immediately.
