As a Corporate Tax Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the corporate tax compliance process for our clients. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely filing of tax returns, staying abreast of tax regulations, and providing expert advice to clients on tax-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review corporate tax returns to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist clients with tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize tax positions.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring clients are informed and compliant.
- Provide support during tax audits, including preparing documentation and liaising with tax authorities.
- Offer expert advice to clients on tax-related issues and strategies for improving tax efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports and analyses on tax compliance and planning activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate tax compliance or a similar role.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of corporate tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
