What you'll do:

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of client work. You will be leading specific workstreams on consulting projects. Your responsibilities will include managing the collection and analysis of client data, planning and implementing strategies, providing support to junior team members, and managing key client relationships. You will also be expected to challenge existing ways of working and identify innovative solutions that add value to clients. This role requires flexibility to travel.

  • Manage the collection and analysis of client data, contributing to the development of recommendations and solutions.
  • Plan and implement agreed strategies, ensuring targeted outcomes are achieved.
  • Provide support and guidance to Business Analysts / Junior Consultants on projects, ensuring methodologies and processes are followed.
  • Manage key relationships with client stakeholders, leveraging your institutional knowledge and expertise, and ensuring buy-in to the agreed strategies.
  • Challenge existing ways of working, recognise opportunities and identify innovative solutions that add real value to clients.
  • Work in complex environments, both independently and as part of a team.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Consultant role will have an exemplary academic background, strong analytical skills, and relevant management consulting experience. You should be able to demonstrate your ability to work in complex environments, both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, as is flexibility to travel. Fluency in another European language (in addition to English) or Arabic would be highly desirable.
