Harmonic are delighted to be working with an international beverage brand in their search for a FP&A Analyst to join their growing team. The company stands at the forefront of sustainability in the Food & Beverage sector, having become B-Corp certified as part of their journey.

The business has grown after several endorsements from influencer and celebrities and has quickly become a household name. Having shown great promise by diversifying their product range and pursuing philanthropic causes our client has achieved great commercial success as well as balancing out building a sustainable, values-based offering. The business is now looking for the right candidate to join their dynamic finance team and facilitate their long-term strategic planning.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the FP&A Analyst will play a key part in analysis the COGS and facilitating the reporting around one of the businesses largest cost centres with a key emphasis on preparing regular reports for senior management and providing key insights.

Our client is looking for a driven, open-minded individual, who will be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams as well as people of seniority. You will provide regular performance insights, highlighting challenges and driving action for the business.

The team is a social and dynamic cohort with a lively office based in Central London with the ability to work remotely twice a week.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: creating and utilise financials models for budgeting and forecasting purposes as well as to produce analysis and commentary to drive business growth.
  • Leveraging systems to examine financial data, uncovering trends, risks, and opportunities to deliver actionable insights for business decision-making.
  • COGS analysis: reviewing and processing vendor invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely payment execution.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships, keeping accurate records of all AP transactions and communications.
  • Reporting, visualising and presenting for senior stakeholders.
  • Strategy Development: support long-term strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and analysis to inform key business decisions.

What our client would like to see (essential):

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA/ICAS qualified or we would consider finalist level candidates
  • Minimum 3 years Financial Analysis Experience
  • Experience in a product-related business (e.g. F&B, retail, etc).
  • An excellent communicator.
  • Highly developed out-of-the-box thinking, with the drive to always seek to improve processes.

What we would like to see(non-essential):

  • Relevant exposure to COGs Management.
  • Expertise in financial modelling and analysis with TM1 or PowerBi

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Location: London (hybrid)
