Administrator

Our client based in Wokingham is currently recruiting for a temporary administrator to support their busy sales office. There is a back log so you will need to get stuck into some scanning and filing to start with then moving on to more ad-hoc projects and general administration.

Ideally we are looking for someone who can work full time hours Monday to Friday however, there could be work for someone on a part time basis.

The job will be 100% office based.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support with general office administration
  • Answering customer calls
  • Assisting in clearing a back log of filing and scanning documents

Skills required:

  • A can do self motivated attitude
  • Administration experience
  • Microsoft skills and experience
  • Good organisation skills
