The Role:
Leo Technology have partnered with a fast growing company who are truly revolutionizing technology within the transportation sector. This business, who were founded in 2017, are on a mission to prevent workplace accidents and save lives. Their core product offering feeds into the rail industry, and their wearable technology is helping keep engineers and workers safe on a daily basis.
Due to organic growth, they're looking to add an experienced Implementation Project Manager to their ever growing team. This is a varied role that would make an excellent fit for somebody who has on-site experience managing projects and implementing software solutions. This opportunity would suit someone from a project infrastructure background who's looking to make a genuine difference with the work they do.
Please note that while this role is remote-first, there will be a regular requirement to visit client sites (while the company will try to keep site visits as local as possible, there will sometimes be the requirement to travel further afield - both within the UK and globally). All travel costs are covered.
The Person:
- 3+ years project implementation experience
- Experience working on real-world, on-site projects
- Experience working within the rail / aviation / travel sector is highly desirable
- Prior experience training users on the new technology solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving license is essential
Interview Process:
- Video interview with Implementation Manager and COO
- Competency based interview
- Final call with company CEO
