We are looking for 2 detail orientated employees to join our family run, but highly professional service orientated office located in Houston, Renfrewshire.
Duties and responsibilities
- Initial Training in all Lettings Procedures & Regulations will be given.
- Servicing of Office Admin Duties, Emails, Repairs, Certifications, Compliance etc.
- Maintaining Tenant Liason on Repairs carrying through to Trade Completions.
- General Office Admin duties.
Experience and qualifications
- Experience of Office based Admin duties would be helpful but definitely not essential for this position.
- Candidates should be of a logical thinking and problem solving/capable disposition.
- Capable of maintaining precise details and timelines on all work orders/repairs.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel would be advantagous.
Benefits
- Starting rate of £12.00 per hour for the first 3 months.
- Hourly rate would increase every 3 months during the first year in line with the succesful candidates learning progress, effort, and position within the office team.
- NEST Pension provided.
- Office Hours are 9am to 5pm with half hour lunch break.
