Payroll Admin

Our client, a global retail brand, is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a contract basis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the monthly production and maintenance of allocated payroll groups (includes starters, leavers, changes, manual calculations, general queries and advice, sorting and filing paperwork, calculation of overpayments, recalls, SSP, SMP, etc.)
  • Provide support to the Payroll analysts for both Regions, and assist in preparing responses to queries from Associates and the business
  • Update the cashbook and resolve any queries that arise
  • Run Payroll vetting reports
  • Resolve missing or rejected payment queries

Experience required:

  • 1 + years working in a payroll environment
  • Word/Excel skills
  • Ability to manually calculate over payments and make payments outside of the payroll system

This is a hybrid position, working 3 days a week in their office in Watford and 2 from home
