Internal Account Manager
Full-time, temporary to permanent
Outskirts of Bedford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
Salary: £13.33 - £15.38 per hour (£26,000 - £30,000 per annum)
Our client, a UK leading supplier within their field. They are looking for an experienced Internal Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing existing customer accounts, as well as identifying new business opportunities.
Duties including, but not limited to:
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts
- Discover fresh avenues for business growth.
- Collaborate closely with the external sales force to surpass customer expectations.
- Deliver exceptional customer support.
- Keep precise documentation of customer engagements and transactions.
- Generate reports detailing account statuses.
- Participate in trade shows and industry gatherings as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in Internal Account Management or a comparable position
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Robust organizational and time-management skills
- Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous
