- Develop and implement transportation policies, procedures, and standards
- Optimize transportation routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Address performance issues and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Monitor transportation expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures
