Job Title: Cleaner
Location: Perth and surrounding areas
Pay: £12.48 an hour

- Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday, roughly 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Carry out cleaning duties of the communal and public areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our clients and their guests.
- Ensure that sites are free from bulky refuse, maintaining a tidy and organised appearance.
- Maintain the grounds and parking areas, ensuring they are well-maintained and in good condition.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with our staff, contractors, and other partners, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Complete all work to the highest standards, following all Health and Safety requirements, to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of our clients and visitors.
About You:
You are someone with previous experience in a similar cleaning role or in a housing management environment. You have a proven track record of delivering outstanding cleaning services. Your ability to work effectively as part of a team and prioritise tasks allows you to contribute to the overall success of the Estates Team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your excellent customer service skills while working independently at times. Your attention to detail and dedication to providing a high level of service will be key to your success in this position.
As part of your responsibilities, you will need to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Perth and the surrounding areas. Rest assured, our client will provide you with a company vehicle for these purposes. Please note that for insurance purposes, the minimum age requirement for driving the company vehicle is 25 years.
