Sales Negotiator Haringey
£18,000 - £25,000 + Com OTE £40,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance
5-day week - Monday - Thursday - 9am - 6:30pm, Friday - 9am - 6pm, alternate Saturdays 9am - 3pm
Driver with own car required
Our client is looking for a Sales Negotiator to work with their company in Haringey, this is a role that requires either a Junior or experienced member of staff. Your duties:
- Qualifying potential buyers
- Identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
- Arranging valuations of properties and winning new business.
- Viewing properties & negotiating offers
- Liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers
- Delivering the highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers.
