About the Role:

Are you ready to elevate your career in a dynamic and engaging environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated Assistant Centre Manager to join their team. This role is not just a job; it's an opportunity to develop essential business skills in operations and client relations. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining high standards, managing on-site staff, and fostering a strong, vibrant client community. This role requires 5 days office based.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the centre's cleanliness and hospitality standards
  • Oversee daily staff responsibilities and approve leave
  • Plan, execute, and document daily team meetings
  • Organise and implement office decorations
  • Execute client office moves and changes efficiently
  • Conduct health and safety/fire safety checks
  • Address client needs and queries promptly and effectively
  • Foster a sense of community and organise client events
  • Deputise for the Centre Manager as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of operational experience in a client-facing industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
