House Keeper - Westerham Place
Howard Finley Care are recruiting for a new house keeper to work within our client's nursing home in Wessterham.
House Keeper vacancy details:
- £11.44 - £13.50 per hour
- 36 - 40 hours per week available
- Day positions available
House keeper main duties:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, dining rooms, and other assigned areas.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other linens as needed.
- Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing clothing and linens.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste materials.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide friendly and respectful interaction with residents, respecting their privacy and dignity.
- Assist with any other housekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
