We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Lettings Agent to join our Customer Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property listings, arranging property viewings, and liaising with prospective tenants.

Description
- Manage property listings and organise viewings for prospective tenants.
- Communicate effectively with potential tenants, providing them with relevant information about the properties.
- Prepare and process tenancy agreements and other relevant documentation.
- Carry out property inspections and report any issues.
- Support tenants during their move-in and move-out process.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless experience for tenants.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations, as well as housing laws.
Profile
A successful Lettings Agent should have:
- A strong customer service focus, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in property management or lettings.
- Due to the travel required in this role all applicants must have valid driving Licence and own car.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and tenants.
- Good negotiation skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- A proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Offer
- Pay rate £16.25 per hour.
