Are you an experienced roofer looking for a new challenge? Join our client's team as an Estates Operative (Roofer) located in Devonport Plymouth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct roofing repairs and maintenance
- Work on both slate and tiled roofs
- Replace and repair soffits and fascias
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard
Requirements:
- Previous roofing experience is essential
- Good customer skills
- Ability to work at heights
- Must be physically able to traverse the site
- Hold a full driving licence (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills with customers
