HR Manager - New Role - Stand-alone

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a stand-alone managerial role? Would you like to work in a thriving business and build a new HR function?

Juice is delighted to be recruiting for an inspiring Chippenham based employer with immediate expansion plans. Due to growth an interesting opportunity has arisen for an HR manager to develop and improve all operational and reporting functions across the business.

DAY TO DAY:

Managing recruitment processes from start to finish, making recommendations on job descriptions & selection processes, improving assessment tasks

Shortlisting and interviewing alongside line managers

Reviewing and implementing all on-boarding techniques, new starter documentation and probation terms

Ensuring background checks/compliance are completed

Maintaining HR files, issuing and amending all contracts, communicating changed effectively

Keeping up to date with all HR legislation and implementing any necessary changes

Updating company HR policies and procedures, creating and implementing new policies where required

Working closely with the founders and directors of the business to improve administrative and operational efficiencies

Using data to make informed HR decisions

Providing reports and analysis to the SLT

Recruiting and supervising admin team

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

A strong background in HR and good managerial skills

A desire to work in an SME and work closely with business owners

CIPD Level 5

Exposure to Bright HR / Peninsula or other HRIS systems
