With experience specialising in catering you will specifically focus on the provision and quality of catering services at Badby Park ensuring that strict food hygiene standards and the Health & Safety of the kitchen areas and catering staff are maintained.
You will work 37.5 hours a week at Badby Park, where you will also support the Facilities Manager to ensure the catering service meets the nutritional and dietary needs of the residents with regard to personal preferences and allergies, liaising with the Speech and Language Therapist and Dietician, taking the lead in the preparation of a costed rolling menu and ensuring the maintenance and servicing of the catering equipment.
With a strong emphasis on teamwork, you'll receive support from a regional network of healthcare professionals and enjoy access to a variety of online and CPD training courses to support you reach your career goals.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- To have a minimum of five years working in a kitchen environment managing a team
- Minimum of three years working in a Facilities Manager role
- Knowledge of working with external providers – Apetito
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for facilities
- Experience of Change Management.
