Residential Property Solicitor - West End, London
AJ Chambers are currently recruiting for a Residential Solicitor for our client, a successful and growing boutique firm based in the West End. They are a great team of highly experienced Solicitors, who work with clients both in the UK & internationally.
They are looking for a 4-6 year PQE Solicitor with a solid background in general residential work. They advise on sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties nationwide, including refinancing, remortgaging, and sales and purchases at auction. They also assist with management disputes, tenancy agreements, licences, rights of light and access, easements and rectification of the register. They work with clients and their advisers, offshore trusts, surveyors, agents, architects and designers on sales and purchases of individual lots or portfolios and licences to assign, licences for alterations, deeds of variation, consents, service charge and rent deposit and other issues that arise in due diligence.
You will:
- Bring solid, generalist residential experience
- Have 4-6 year PQE
- Be able to work well independently with your own case load, with supervision and support where needed
In return, our client is offering a salary of £60-65,000 DOE, + benefits + flexible working. They operate on a basis of 2 days in office three days working from home, however, the first month they would probably expect a new recruit to work four days in the office one day working from home as they adjust.
