Salary: £95 - £140 per day (dependent on experience)

We are seeking dynamic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join our team, providing essential support to secondary schools across Southampton. This is a flexible, temporary role ideal for anyone looking to work on a day-to-day or short-term basis.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher.
- Ensure a calm, focused learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour, following school policies and procedures.
- Support students' learning and encourage their engagement.
- Provide feedback to the regular teaching staff on the lessons covered.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable, but not essential.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to work in a flexible, temporary capacity.
- A positive attitude, patience, and adaptability.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
