Job Title: Sales Administrator
Contract: Full Time, Permanent Monday to Friday
Location: Yardley
Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 flexible depending on experience

The Commercial Division of SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Sales Administrator to join their client based in Yardley

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing Administration support to the Sales department.

Additional responsibilities will include:
- Booking in goods and ensuring that they are delivered within agreed timeframes
- Handling inbound enquiries from customers and suppliers
- Reviewing delivery notes and debit notes from manufacturers
- Supporting with administration paperwork to investigate missing orders/claims/incorrect invoices
- Maintaining an accurately updated system with completion of deliveries
- Processing sales enquiries through email and telephone
- Processing purchase orders, and tracking through to completion
- Being the first point of contact to handle any inbound enquiries

The successful candidate will be a hardworking individual who is wanting to progress a career within a Sales Administration post. You will be confident building relationships with both customers and clients, as well as building a relationship internally with your team. Clear and effective communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential as you will be liaising with individuals over email and the telephone.

Previous Sales Admin experience would be advantageous, but no experience is necessary, as long as you have a passion for wanting to build a career within a Sales Administration role.
