This is an exceptional opportunity for a solicitor with a strong background in insolvency law and a client following to expand their practice within a leading firm. Role Requirements:
Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in insolvency law
- Proven track record of managing a caseload of insolvency matters
- Established client following with the ability to bring clients and grow the firm's insolvency practice within Kent
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of insolvency law, including corporate and personal insolvency
- Excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to develop new business
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with other teams within the firm
