Residential Plot Sales Paralegal

My client is an established legal 500 firm who are looking for an experienced Residential Plot Sales Paralegal to join an established Property team.
The day-to-day duties for the Plot Sales role will include:
- Liaising with Estate agents, developers, buyers' lawyers.
- Assisting in the preparation of the sale contract packs.
- Requesting redemption figures/ liaising with lenders to release plots from security.
- Reporting to clients with contracts to sign.
- Dealing with buyers enquiries.
- Creating proficient in excel for weekly reports to developers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previously worked in Residential Conveyancing or Plot sales as an assistant or paralegal.
- Great attention to detail.
- Highly organised.
