Your responsibilities will include:
?? Chase payments and manage credit control with customers
?? Match delivery notes to supplier invoices and process them in Sage
?? Keep track of invoices and add them to the payrun
?? Check statements and reconcile credit card receipts
?? Assist with the monthly payroll
?? Utilise software such as MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
?? Collaborate with the team on equipment spreadsheets and answer customer inquiries
?? Create delivery notes for shipments and help generate new business through sales calls
?? Develop marketing strategies for the company
?? Provide support to colleagues whenever needed
