Are you a Design Manager with experience in working drawings within the residential / architectural sector, seeking a fully autonomous leadership role where you'll have a direct impact on the success of a rapidly growing yet tight-knit architectural design consultancy, leading and managing a variety of fascinating projects?

In this role, you will coordinate and prepare planning packages, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely submission. You will create, oversee, and review architectural drawings to maintain high accuracy and quality standards. You will be responsible for organising and analyzing site surveys to inform design decisions and account for site-specific conditions. Finally, contributing to lead project scheduling, budget management, and client interactions, fostering effective communication and collaboration within the design team.

THE ROLE:
- Planning and Documentation: Coordinate and prepare comprehensive planning packages, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely submission.
- Drawing Production and Review: Create, oversee, and review planning and architectural drawings, maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.
- Survey Management: Organize and analyze site surveys to inform design decisions and ensure site-specific conditions are considered.
- Client and Team Coordination: Lead project scheduling, budget management, and client interactions, fostering effective communication and collaboration within the design team.
