Job Title: Customer Care Specialist (Temporary)

Location: Slough

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000

Length of Assignment: Ongoing

Our client is a prestigious company on the trading estate in Slough, they are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Executive to work in their team.

Working in the customer service finance team you will work with customers to organise early settlements, maturities and terminations. You will be happy on the phone, responding to inbound customer and retail-outlet queries, you will also respond in a timely and professional manner to written enquiries. All communication must be recorded on the database accurately. You will need to make outbound calls when appropriate, building relationships and helping with the calculation of rates and commissions. You will communicate any potential issues to your Team Leaders. You will be trained to meet regulatory standards and this is an essential part of your role.

You will have a constant focus on the needs of your customers, striving to achieve a "best in class" service.

You will likely be working 1 in 3 weekends, though you do get time off in lieu during the week.
