Konker is currently recruiting for an Architect to join a RIBA practice based in Mid-Devon.
Due to a variety of new projects coming into the practice and the retirement of a senior staff member, they are seeking an Architect who is confident working across all RIBA Stages to join them.
This practice of 15 work on a wide variety of projects including:-
- Social Housing
- Bespoke Residential
- High-end bespoke housing
- Extra care/retirement care
- Holiday parks
They have been established for over 45 years, and have impressive stats including winning over 20 awards, over 8000 successful planning applications and over 7000 homes designed and created.
As an Architect you will be running and managing your projects with the opportunity to progress within the business to become a senior team member. Revit is used in the practice so previous experience with it is beneficial but training can be provided.
Due to the location, a driver's license/car is required.
The Position: Architect
- Working across all RIBA Stages
- Using Revit (Training Given)
- Liaising with clients and different stakeholders
- Project Management & Contract Administration
- Helping other colleagues in the office
The salary for this position is between £35,000-£45,000 depending on previous experience.
To Be Considered:- Architect
- Live within a commutable distance of Mid Devon
- Driver license & car owner
- ARB Registered is essential
- Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations & UK Planning System
- Previous experience using Revit is advantageous
