NJR Recruitment is currently working with a well known Wealth Management practice that specialise in providing high quality personal advice on many aspects of wealth management.
Based between Derby and Nottingham, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Financial Services Administrator to support a small team of financial planners across a range of pensions, investments and other financial products .

The role will be varied and will involve;
- Processing new business applications (pension/investment/protection)
- Preparing meeting packs
- Liaising with 3rd party providers
- Dealing with client queries
- Diary management and arranging monthly client reviews for adviser & record information precisely
- Keep up to date filing systems of confidential documentation - both hard and electronic copies
- Client Relationship Management and keeping the system up to date with client meeting information
- Contact clients by email, telephone and letter
- General office duties including answering the telephone, stationary orders, booking meeting rooms, lunches & any necessary catering etc
What we need from you?
- Previous experience working within the Financial Planning sector in a similar role
- An understanding of the financial planning process
- A general knowledge of pensions, investments and protection
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills in the use of word, excel, powerpoint, outlook, internet
