Description
As a Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for:
- Work closely with department heads to plan and implement financial strategies.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis to support commercial decision making.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes within the retail department.
- Ensure financial compliance and adherence to company policies.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
- Identify areas for financial improvement and propose solutions.
- Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Good understanding of retail industry trends.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Strong decision-making skills.
