Who you are:
- Possesses 2 + years of experience working in a similar position handling multiple diaries and large expenses
- Has the ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment/workload while remaining calm and collected
- You will be highly organised and an exceptional multitasker
- Possesses exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ideally has experience working in a financial services firm
What you will do:
- Diligent diary management
- Handling large expenses
- Booking extensive global travel inclusive of flights, hotels, visas, and ground transportation
- Assist with ad hoc and documentation
- General administrative support for wider team across Europe
