Candidate Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified, with extensive experience in UK audit practice
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and lead audit teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A commercial mindset, focused on business growth and client satisfaction
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Passion for mentoring and supporting the development of junior staff
