I have had a fantastic opportunity come onto my desk this week which would fit an experienced Production Manager with Print industry experience.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of up to 30 production staff
- Liaising with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- In charge of Production planning and delivery scheduling
- Recruiting for the department when need be
- Implementing continuous improvements
- In charge of Sickness, KPI management, standard return to work procedures
- Investigating Non conformances
- Managing costs in the department
To be considered for this posiiton you will be an experienced Production Manager who has worked within the print industry.
